  • Hall Street Medical Centre Walking Group

    Hall Street Medical Centre holds a walking group every Wednesday at 11am followed by a coffee morning. This is a short flat walk around the local area and is a good way of staying active and meeting new people. There is no need to register for the walk just turn up or if you don’t feel able to take part in the walk please feel free to join us for coffee at 11:45am to 12:30pm.

  • Social Prescribing

    Access a range of local community groups, free activities and support for your social, emotional or practical needs. You will be assigned a link worker who will work with you on a one to one basis to help find activities and support services that will improve your wellbeing.
